City of Dreams Manila: Erwin's Gastrobar

Here's a quick review for Erwin's Gastrobar.

We chose Erwin's Gastrobar for dinner because the resto is so inviting. I like the aura, design, and the displays.

We ordered Chicken Parmigiana, Pork Burrito, Quesadilla, Ice Cream Sundae and Iced tea.

Food 

Let me start with:

• Quesadilla is good!  Mozzarella with a little bit of tomato bits. The dip is not that yummy. 

• Chicken Parmigiana with Fries. I've researched about what Chicken Parmigiana is and found out that It is consist of Breast part of the chicken with tomato sauce and Mozzarella. With Erwin's Gastrobar I cannot taste the tomato sauce. 

• Pork Burrito is so spicy I cannot taste the flavors of pork and the brown rice. Salad is awful no flavor at all. 

Restaurant Cleanliness

The resto is neat, no further comment on that part. 

Ambiance 

The resto is fast pace and everything seems in a rush. Customer wasn't able to finish their food. It is like a fast food. 

Service 

A little slower than any restaurants. I think they are short in staff? Same server and also the cleaner (what do you call that staff who cleans tables?). 

Concept

The concept really suits the name itself since they serve alcoholic beverages and there is a bar in the middle part of the resto. 

All in all I will not go back here. I don't like their service and also the food. It's a waste of time and money.
