Fairview Terraces: BIDA Filipino Kitchen

I've gone to different restaurants and places to try different foods, so why not try Fairview Terraces? Closer in our place and also I've heard that there are new restaurants there.

We chose BIDA Filipino Kitchen.

I really like the concept of this resto with the grills and the "street lights". Actually I really don't know. Lol!

The chairs and couches are so cozy and soft.

Their menu is place on a clip board like this.

We ordered the following:

Kare-Kare
-  I must say that the sauce is made from scratch? No artificial flavors and the consistency of the sauce is perfect. I just don't like that you can feel the toasted ground rice. I really like the bagoong thou! Super tasty!

Fried Chicken
- That 1/2 chicken taste the same as Max's friend chicken BUT!!! A lot better! The chicken is tender and also flavorful! This one of their best sellers. ;)

Pinakbet
- I am not a fan of Pinakbet but I like it. No further explanation. Lol!

You should also try their drinks!

From left to right: Sampaloc Iced Tea, Mango shake, Soda (lol), and Guyabano Juice.

You should try the Sampaloc Iced Tea! Super duper mega yummy!

Just an update, we recently visit Bida and we ordered the set meal (I am so hungry that I forgot to take photos). The BINAGOONGAN is so good it is a must try! The salt and pepper chicken is a lottle bit spicy. The pancit habhab is ok but it will be better if you add the vinegar of course.

All in all you must try for your self for you to figure it out.
