It's just numbers right?
I am thinking of things that I want to change in my habits, I want to be mature and also feel young. So, here is my list.
1. Note to self that no individual can make you depress or unhappy. Example: work related, someone complain about your job or your work. Defend yourself that you are doing your job properly and move on. I REPEAT, move on.
2. Stop over thinking.
Over thinking can lead you to different plots which is really confusing and will add stress to your life.
3. If you are too fed up with your work just remember this mantra "I am doing this to pay for my investments and credit card debt".
4. If you cannot handle it anymore then you must: a. Find another job or b. Don't care.
5. Stay positive and enhance what you are good at. Example: you are good at planning a vacation for the family instead of improptu planning do it ahead of time and think it will work. Your itinerary will work.
6. Go invincible infront of your quarrelling parents. If you have a parents just like mine then, this trick will work. Act like they are not there. This will add to your stressful life.
7. Do not oversleep on weekend offs! Stop gaining weight. Go back to jogging! Remember it is summer, time to wear those swimsuits you bought last year.
8. Always. Always think someday you will travel the world. One step at a time.
So far, here are my reminders to myself. Lol!
