malls here in Manila and I am curious yet afraid to try it because their specialty basically is Charcoal Chicken, that maybe it is like the local food chain here with charcoal chicken. But my dad said why not give it a try?
One evening we tried it and here I am having my review for Peri-Peri Charcoal Chicken.
Food
We ordered Classic Carbonara.
Do not expect anything it is really a classic carbonara and I like it.
I ordered Light Platter B (1/4 Peri-Peri Chicken, 2 pcs chicken rappa, and salad)
The Chicken Rappa is good, a little bit spicy and I wasn't able to finish the other piece (I'm not a fan of spicy and all).
The salad is yummy as well. The dressing is good!!
And lastly the Charcoal Chicken. It is not like your typical Charcoal Chicken not over cook! Not burnt! I like the chicken oil they just put the right amount. And the meat is so tender. They have different sauces but I rather not to.
And also I avail the Php49 drinks and soup all you can.
For the drinks, they have pepsi products also orange juice and iced tea. For the soups, they have chicken and beef soup.
Restaurant Cleanliness
I like how they practice cleanliness here. They clean their sauce bottles as much as possible coz' its a little messy.
Ambiance
I like how laid back the ambiance here, no need to rush. Just eat your food and enjoy the unlimited stuff.
Service
Peri-Peri has excellent service. You don't have to ask they will automatically refill the ice, soup and also the sauces.
Concept
I think Peri-Peri is a Mexican Cuisine, they are not trying hard with the design and interior but instead they make sure the quality of their food are at its finest.
I will go back here!!! The chicken is so yum!!
